Wow, congratulations!!

I am still losing. I am back up a little but started a new workout program and eating better and better. Its a little hard during the Holiday season of course.

What kind of martial arts training are you taking? I did Sorenji Kenpo for quite some time. I was never really good at it though.

Dude great post! I used to weigh 170 pound and was about 30 pounds overweight… But I changed up my diet just like you and joined a martial arts class and burned off those 30 pounds of fat in just under a year. It’s quite incredible to achieve something like losing body weight.

Stress is a killer. I know. the more you get stressed the weaker the body is and the easier it is to continue to get stressed. Sometimes the simplest things can then set you off. It is hard to deal with.

Yeah, I get stressed out all the time. I think that is why I get sick a lot. I do need to calm down. I get horrid headaches cause of it.

Some of the advice is suspect as in there is only a little correlation to increased vitamin c in helping colds, but I there is good to the vitamin c in general so I like the advice.

The tea though, that is helpful!

Well the key is that the commercial says “in Moderation.” The problem is that HFCS is in so many products that one would not even think they would be in that it is very hard to have some in moderation.

Also there is little research into just how bad they are for you. Most research is in correlation of the rise of obesity and diabetes in this country with the rise of the use of HFCS.

I hope to post some of the research I have found online in my upcoming HFCS article.

I totally think that HFCS are bad for you!
Those commercials are making people think that it’s okay.. but it’s really not.
